Why not try some of these ideas?
- Toast with low-fat spread and honey, jam or marmalade
- Porridge, muesli or other oat-based cereals with semi-skimmed milk (add some dried fruit!)
- Boiled eggs with granary toast
- Yogurt with dried fruit or honey
- Baked beans, grilled bacon, mushrooms, poached or scrambled eggs on toast
