Why not try some of these ideas?
- Jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn and salad on the side
- Pasta with ready-made tomato sauce, cheese and bacon
- Fishfingers (100% fish!), potato wedges and peas
- Cheese and ham omelette with oven chips or salad
- Packet stir fry vegetables with chicken and noodles
- Follow with 1 or 2 portions of fresh or tinned fruit (with a little melted chocolate for a treat!)
- Rice pudding, ice cream, yoghurt and fromage frais
