Why not try some of these ideas?

  • Jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn and salad on the side
  • Pasta with ready-made tomato sauce, cheese and bacon
  • Fish fingers (100% fish!), potato wedges and peas
  • Cheese and ham omelette with oven chips or salad
  • Packet stir fry vegetables with chicken and noodles
  • Follow with 1 or 2 portions of fresh or tinned fruit (with a little melted chocolate for a treat!)
  • Rice pudding, ice cream, yoghurt and fromage frais
