Managing a Healthy Team

  • Ensure that staff kitchens are well-equipped. Consider including a microwave, toasted sandwich maker, mini-cooker etc.
  • If you provide food for your staff, ensure that healthy, balanced meals are offered that cater for their active lifestyles.
  • Give your staff sufficient and long enough meal breaks
  • Give staff access to a computer so that they can shop online.
  • Provide a separate space for eating, such as a dining room so that eating becomes a social activity.
